Standard eligibility rules apply (outlined in flyer).
Referring employees will receive the bonus on the first payroll check following the referred employee’s 90th day of work, as long as Referral Bonus Program (“Program”) conditions are met.
All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
All referrals will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.
Only referrals that meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
The referred and the referring employee must both be in active employment and good standing status at the time the referral bonus is paid to the referring employee.
In the event the same referred employee is submitted by more than one referring employee, the earliest submission date will be valid.
Bonus pay remains subject to applicable payroll tax deductions and if applicable is considered 401k-eligible earnings.
