Christmas Wish Comes True at McKees Rocks Location

Mom overheard her kids talking to Santa. They were happy for the holidays but also a bit sad. Why Santa wondered? Because they missed daddy – a soldier on active duty overseas. Their Christmas wish was for daddy to come back home for the holidays.

Fortunately wishes do come true! The Gordon kids could not believe their eyes when they saw daddy in the McKees Rocks academy hallway, waiting with a smile. Academy Director, Felis Lynd, was delighted to witness the family reunion and share in their joy.  The children gave dad big hugs and giggled knowing that he would in fact be back home to spend the holiday with them!

We’re truly happy for the Gordon family and wish them a wonderful holiday together!
