FREE Preschool Program Now Available at Philadelphia Locations

We are proud to partner with the City of Philadelphia in January 2017 to offer the PHLpreK program, a new initiative which creates affordable, quality pre-K education opportunities for Philadelphia children.

What is Quality Pre-K? The city’s PHLpreK website defines a quality prek program by the following:

• A safe, well-equipped classroom staffed by trained teachers
• A challenging, proven, play-based curriculum
• Careful attention to the whole child (academic, physical, social, and emotional needs)
• Parental engagement and a transition plan for Kindergarten

Brightside Academy teachers are excited and the classrooms well-equipped to welcome preschool children ages 3 and 4 years old to our PHLpreK program which begins on January 9!
