The city of Philadelphia has a free Pre-K program for children from ages 3 to 5 that select locations of Brightside Academy now offer! This program is completely free and acceptance into the program is based on income eligibility. For more information on the eligibility requirements for the PHLprek program please visit the official PHLprek website.
