Announcing Brightside’s First CDA Program Graduate

We are very proud to announce the first graduate of Brightside Academy’s Child Development Associate (CDA) Program – Ms. Malika Williams, older toddler teacher at our 48th and Lancaster academy! Congratulations to Ms. Malika for all of her hard work and commitment to professional growth and quality education for children.

The Brightside Academy CDA course is a guided educational program which supports our employees to starting their educational path. During the program, teachers engage in activities to support best practice and high quality learning experiences inside of the classroom. After they complete the course we support them through the application, observation, and exam portion of the process to receive their credential.
