BSA Philadelphia Hosting Sharing Parent Perspectives Workshop

Brightside Academy is proud to partner with Bryant Parenting to offer a refreshing parenting skills workshop for Philadelphia families called Sharing Parent Perspectives. While learning new skills and joining the discussion, attendees can enjoy a light breakfast and have the opportunity to earn $100 when they complete attendance for the 12-week series!
The topics aimed at reducing parenting stress and developing more fulfilling relationships between parents and children include:
  • Positive parenting
  • Managing stress
  • Communicating with respect
  • Confrontation and problem-solving
  • Protecting your children against abuse, neglect, and abduction
  • Positive discipline
  • Self-esteem
The series will be hosted at the regional office (3230 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia 19140) and begins on October 2. Meetings will be held every Tuesday thereafter from 9:15 to 11:15 am for a total of 12 weeks.
