Employees Come Together for Professional Development Day

Brightside Academy takes pride in building and maintaining a strong relationship between our faculty and staff through team building exercises and more. Several days throughout the year the Academies close their doors to the public and staff from all over the regions meet one another for Professional Development days. Recently our Philadelphia and New York regions held their Professional Development Days on June 30th and July 3rd. The staff came together to discuss customer service practices, community outreach, environment safety and much more! We are proud of the hard work that our staff brings to the children at our Academies everyday and encourage them to strive for excellence!
