K&A Location Hosts Science Fair!

Brightside Academy’s K&A location at 1819 East Allegheny Ave in Philadelphia, hosted their very own Science Fair on Friday, August 11th! The science fair was held from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and showcased the experiments the children learned to complete throughout the week. The children were taught how to make slime, snow using shampoo and flour and rain clouds using food coloring and shaving cream. In addition, there was a sensory station, a build your own bug station, and a color fizz station which included the household items baking soda and vinegar.

Parents and children were excited to walk away with easy experiments to do at home using cheap household items! We would like to give a huge thank you to the Academy Director, Aliyia Brown and the rest of the K&A staff for making this event such a success.
