Brightside Academy partners with the School District of Philadelphia for Transition to Kindergarten event

Brightside Academy has partnered with the School District of Philadelphia as well as other community partners for Kindergarten Transition. The purpose of the events were to inform parents of the registration process and available community resources. Three Transition to Kindergarten events were held in March, and other events will be planned for the upcoming months.

“The Brightside Academy’s early childhood curriculum is varied with instructive and play experiences. Children will be taught all of the skills needed to successfully transition to kindergarten,” stated Rebecca Eisentraut, Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Brightside Academy. “Our partnerships with community organizations such as School District of Philadelphia help us prepare children for their next learning experience, and prepare the parents with the resources they need for a successful transition.”
