How Do I Get My Pay Increase?

Read and follow the instructions below:

Once you review the communications regarding the Pittsburgh team rate increase (a copy follows these instructions), if you believe you are eligible, send an email to Amy@bsaECE.com with the following:

  1. Your name
  2. Phone number
  3. A scan of applicable education credentials to verify and update your new pay rate . These can be transcripts, diplomas, and/or official certificates.
  4. Label the email subject line as “UPDATES: your name” before sending (ie. “UPDATES: Jane Smith”)

Do not send emails with the subject line “Attached Image” for record updates, education credentials or payroll increases – they WILL NOT be processed. 

All updates must be received by Friday, October 18, 2019. We can not process a pay increase without you sending your education credentials. Pay rate increases will be reflected on your November 1, 2019 paycheck. 

Transcripts, degrees and certifications (education credentials) received after Friday, October 18, 2019:
If credentials making you eligible for a pay increase are received after October 18, 2019 – your request will be processed based on the date the credentials are received and the increase will be processed the next applicable pay period Important to Note: Retro pay increases will not be processed.
